ETHEREAL AION GENERAL SERVER GUIDE

Once you’ve browsed all surveys and got your starter pack, it’s time for you to start exploring our custom content. As you probably noticed, we created our own custom base in the south of Sarpan where you will find all the essential NPC’s (except for crafting) and instances.

To begin, have a look at all the player commands here. The first one is probably the one you’ll use the most as you need toll to purchase goods from our Ethereal Market. The shop has pretty much everything you need except Gear.

Tolls can be obtained from kinah but not the other way around, so be cautious before entering the amount you want to get! (You may also earn tolls from donating here)

To progress in game, you will mostly need kinah, ap and mithril medals, which can be obtained through 3 ways: PvE Instances, PvP Instances and finally farming (whether it be PvE or PvP) in the open world. Let’s explore all of these.

1) PvE Instances:

Here is the list of the customised and adjusted PvE Instances (all of them are daily and reset at 5 am server time):

2) PvP Instances:

Check the server schedule for these.

[1v1] Arena of discipline

[3v3] Arena of Harmony

[4-10/Solo] Arena of Chaos

[4/Solo] Arena of Glory

[6v6] Terath Dredgion

You can get your daily arena tickets from Reigar, you get x6 Arena Tickets and x3 Arena of Harmony Tickets daily, those take 48 hours to expire. To access the arena of glory and chaos, you will need to use the Marchutan Priory/ Kaisinel Academy teleporter.

3) The open world:

In our server, the open world occurs mostly in Tiamaranta’s eye. But you can also have a look in the outer eye.

3-A) Tiamaranta’s eye:

Our main open world map. You can enter it through the rifts at our base.

-Regular mobs will drop kinah as well as 3 Kahrun symbols:

-Elite mobs will drop more of these two as well as special items, and protectorate assault leaders (the fatties) drop a lot of balic material for our beloved crafters:

-And finally green, blue and gold keys can respectively be obtained from killing Chookuri/Niksi, Zumita and Dabra.

Rewards you may find in tiamaranta eye chests:

Remember you can always use .dropinfo to check the drop list of the targeted npc, as well as .relics command to trade in all your relics to ap.

These chests are particularly rewarding so get ready to battle for them!

You may also get the chance to defeat Governor Sunayaka, which drops insane rewards including the best magic resist headgear of the game!

3-B) The Outer Eye:

The outer eye is the zone that surrounds tiamaranta’s eye. In the outer eye you can find chests, and farm mobs for balic materials. Once again, you can access it easily by taking the dedicated rifts at located at our base.

-Regular mobs drop mostly hearts (that you will need to purchase your designs in the tigraki island in the abyss) and common balic materials.

-Elites and bosses drop mithril medals and kahrun symbols on top of those as well as higher level balic material.

3-C) Siege:

Siege takes place twice a day at 18:00 and 22:00 (server time) check siege schedule over here. Capturing at least 2 forts is necessary for your faction to access tiamaranta’s eye:

Siege rewards are the following:

-You can use the .medal command to exchange your platinum medals into gold medals.

Additionally:

-Once you’ve geared up fully, you can try and socket your gear with composite manastones by using the command .dual and get a composite manastone in exchange for 40 mithril medals. Those can be traded so if you are not happy with the manastone you received, feel free to either sell it or trade it for the one you want 😊.

-Regular manastones can be exchanged with players for kinah or bought from the shop with tolls.

-Enchantment stones are mostly obtained from dismantling items you get from pve instances and again, trading.

-Ethereal Aion also features a duel area which you can access by using the .recharger command:

Please Note:

-We only tested and reworked the instances and areas that are mentioned above, we decided not to restrict the maps where players can go but know you may encounter some glitches if you venture outside of our custom world!

-If you ever need help, you can use the command .gmlist to whisper to an online game master, or directly send a ticket!
